Application of proportion-air QB2 electrical proportional valve in baking room safe

 

 

The sketch showsQB2 electric pneumatic closed-loop proportional regulator air pilot steam regulator to control the bakeryInsuranceTemperature in the box.The combination of the QB2 and steam regulator creates a simple steam control valve.

QB2and steam regulator components replace the traditional steam valve andIToPs. The proportional air steam regulator assembly provides tighter temperature control for two reasons:

1. The steam regulator has a sensor port connected between the downstream steam pressure and the bottom of the regulator diaphragm, so it can"See”downstream pressure and compensate it mechanically. The steam valve does not have this detection port.

2. Component usageProportion-Air QB2, which takes feedback from the downstream pressure sensor and closes the loop around pressure to achieve tighter closed-loop control. Since the temperature is directly related to the pressure of the saturated steam, this assembly will provide tighter temperature control. It is not necessary to use this component to adjustPIDloop, just giveQB2command to bring it to the desired pressure (temperature).
