Application of ADZ Pressure Sensor in Lubrication System of Wind Turbine Gearbox


The purpose of this paper is to discuss the important application of pressure sensor in the lubrication system of wind turbine gearbox. By measuring the lubricating oil pressure in the gearbox, the pressure sensor can provide real-time working condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, thereby effectively improving the reliability and operating efficiency of the wind turbine gearbox. This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of pressure sensor, analyzes its application in the lubrication system of wind turbine gearbox, and discusses its benefits and challenges.

Introduction Wind turbine gearbox is the core component of wind turbine, and its normal operation is very important to the reliability and performance of wind power generation system.
