Application of Proportion-air Electric Proportional Valve in Water Cooling Mould


In the water-cooled mold, the FCV can control the flow of cooling water proportionally through the command signal from the PLC, thereby strictly controlling the temperature. By controlling the upstream water from the cooler, you can precisely control the flow rate to obtain consistent, high-quality molded parts. The FCV is a 1-inch NPT electronically controlled needle valve made of 316 stainless steel. A 0-10 VDC or 4-20 mA command signal will proportionally control the position of the needle, which in turn controls the size of the opening. The FCV has a maximum Cv of 19 and can handle pressures up to 250 PSI. It is a process control valve you have never had but always needed.
